Rainy Day Procedures

If at the time of dismissal it is raining with thunder/lightning, students will not be released.  The announcement system will be used to advise teachers to hold the students in class.  Once weather permits, the students will follow rainy day dismissal procedures as follows:

·        Bus and After-School Care students will be released to their designated areas.

·        Students who have made prior arrangements with parents to be picked up through the Drive-Through will be released to that area.

·        Students will then be released by grade level to their designated areas for parent pick-up.

o       Fifth grade students will report to Room 43.

o       Fourth grade students will report to Room 42.

o       Third grade students will report to Room 41.

o       Second grade students will report to Room 41.
