Hours of Operation

Before School Care:  7:00 am - 8:25 am

Story Hour: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri.

After School Care: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Registration Begins on July 2009

Program:  The After School Care Program is at Coral Reef Elementary School.  Children will be placed in their respective groups by age/grade level.  A variety of activities include: homework time, indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, dance classes, and taekwondo.  Homework can not be forced.  Parents will be notified if there are problems with the homework time.  Some homework assignments require supplies in which we do not provide.

Snacks:  Each day a snack will be provided for your child.  Please notify the After School Care Office in person and in writing of any food allergies upon registration.

Registration:  The After School Care office is open for registration Monday to Friday from   2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  Registration will begin on July 2009.  Upon Registering your child, it is MANDATORY to obtain the Student Accident Insurance.  The minimum amount of $12.00 for the basic benefits for "At-School" fee is required for the entire school year.  No child may attend the after-school care program without insurance.   All sections of the registration cards must be completed.  It is extremely important that you notify the program manager if there are any changes in the emergency contact or authorized pick-up.

Fees:  Fees must be paid in advance based on the payment schedule below.  Fees may be paid by check, cash, or money order.  There is NO PARTIAL payments.

Late Pick Up Fee:  Our services are from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.  A late fee of $10 per 15 minutes per family will be charged for children not picked up after 6:15pm, THIS IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY NOT TO BE ABUSED.  Consistent late pick up may result in the child being withdrawn from the program.   

Late Payment Fee:  A late payment fee of $10 will be charged for payments not received prior to the due date on the payment schedule.
